- This program is valid across all Paradise Outlets on Dine-in, Take Away & Paradise App.
- By accessing or using this promotional program, you agree to receive automated promotional messages from Paradise & to be bound by the terms and conditions described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, do not participate in this program.
- In case of multiple transactions in a day by the same user, only 1st transaction of the day will be considered for reward calculation.
- A user can only accrue max of 1 free biryani in a day, in spite of the purchase of more than 3 biryanis on the same day.
- The number of biryanis purchased beyond 3 biryanis will not be carried forward to the next day for free biryani calculation.
- All Biryanis except Mini Biryanis are considered for Free Biryani Accruals
- All rewards accrued under this program are non-transferrable.
- Redemption will be possible only the next day of the accrual transaction.
- No cashback/gems will be accrued with immediate effect. However, if the customer has already cashback/gems in the wallet that can be redeemed & Cash-back acquired will be valid for 365 days from the date of accrual.
- Biryani accrued will expire within 3 months from the date of accrual if not availed.
- No two offers can be clubbed together with loyalty rewards.
- OTP verification is mandatory for the redemptions. Redemptions OTP will be sent only to the registered mobile number.
- In case of any dispute regarding this program, Paradise management will be the final decision maker.
- Paradise reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the program and/or these terms and conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guidelines pertaining to the program at any time and in its sole discretion. Your participation in the program confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions and any such changes or modifications if you do not agree to the terms and conditions for the programs carefully.

Signing up for the Paradise Circle (Loyalty Program) is simple and easy. Whenever you go for dine-in at a Paradise Restaurant or order from our Takeaway/Paradise App. Share your mobile number & do a transaction. We will automatically enrol you into Paradise Circle (PC).
Your PC membership is valid for life unless the management decides to change or discontinue the program.
All we need to register you is your full name and phone number.
No. Membership to PC is free.

1. Eligible for 1 free Biryani on the purchase of 3 Biryanis on the first transaction in a day
Yes, every 1st transaction in a day of purchase of Biryani is considered for 1 Free Biryani equating 3 Biryanis to be billed.
You can claim Royal Chicken, Egg & Veg Biryani as your free Biryani.
No. However, if the customer already has in the wallet can use the cashback/gems & the validity of the cash-back will be 365 days.
You should claim your free Biryani within 90 days from the time you become eligible for it.
The time period to accumulate free Biryani is 2 months and the free biryani expires after 3 months from the time you become eligible for it.
You can Dine-in/Take Away at any of the Paradise Restaurants or order from the Paradise App and redeem your free biryani or cash-back against your bills.
No. You can earn free biryani only when you dine in at Paradise Restaurants or order directly from our Takeaways or Paradise App
