• By accessing or using this promotional program, you agree to receive automated promotional messages from Paradise & to be bound by the terms and conditions described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. • This program is specially designed to make every transaction with Paradise count, and to take a step closer to earning a free reward as a loyalty bonus to the user.
• In case of a new user (transacting with Paradise for the first time)
  • upon the first transaction with a min value of Rs. 249, a Free reward will be accrued in the account linked with the phone number. Free rewards will be Royal Chicken Biryani   / Royal Mutton Biryani / Egg Biryani / Veg Biryani or Any boneless kebab, or a Rs. 250 Discount.
  • The free rewards will be accrued within 24 Hours of the first transaction and shall expire within 30 days of accrual. 
  • Only one of the free rewards can be claimed on the second transaction and the min value of this transaction should be min Rs. 499.
  • Post the first transaction, the user will be considered as an existing user.
• In case of an existing user (finished one transaction with Paradise)
  • Upon three successful transactions with a min value of Rs. 249 within a period of 90 days, Free rewards will be accrued in the account linked with the phone number. Free rewards will be Royal Chicken Biryani/ Royal Mutton Biryani/ Egg Biryani/Veg Biryani or Any boneless kebab or a Rs. 250 Discount. 
  • The free rewards will be accrued within 24 Hours of the third transaction and shall expire within 90 days of accrual. 
  • Only one of the free rewards can be claimed on the transaction with a min value of Rs. 249.
  • Free rewards will be accrued in the account upon completion of every third transaction. There is no limit to the number of free rewards that can be accrued.
  • Every transaction with a min order value of Rs. 249 will be considered valid for the accrual of free rewards. 
  • Transactions with order value less than Rs. 249 will not be considered for the accrual of free rewards.
• In the case of multiple transactions in a day by the same user, only the 1st transaction of the day will be considered for reward calculation.
• A user can only accrue a max of 1 free reward in a day, despite the purchase of more than 3 transactions on the same day.
• All rewards accrued under this program are non-transferrable.
• No cashback/gems will be accrued with immediate effect. However, if the customer already has cashback/gems in the wallet that can be redeemed & Cash-back acquired will be valid for 365 days from the date of accrual.
• No two offers can be clubbed together with loyalty rewards.
• OTP verification is mandatory for redemptions. Redemptions OTP will be sent only to the registered mobile number.
• A user can register his/her birthday and anniversary date any time at the store or on the app. By doing so, a 20% off coupon will be credited in the account in the birthday/anniversary month which can be claimed on any transaction made in the same month. There is no minimum value for this transaction. If the month of registration is same as the month of birthday/anniversary, the discount will be credited only in the month in the following year. 
• In case of any dispute regarding this program, Paradise management will be the final decision maker.
• Paradise reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the program and/or these terms and conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guidelines pertaining to the program at any time and in its sole discretion. Your participation in the program confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions and any such changes or modifications if you do not agree to the terms and conditions for the programs carefully.
